I might be reaching here but remember how Pitino could always beat Syracuse but loose to Virginia. Watch Mack be the opposite we loose to Syracuse but beat Virginia. I think we are a better match up with Virginia than Syracuse.

A lot of these games have to do with timing - catching Syracuse in a tailspin shortly after the Duke fiasco just spelled trouble. Factor in the rarely seen zone and guards with size and the Cards just mailed it in. It happens.
UVA seems to be too good to beat themselves, so the Cards are going to have to just completely flip the script from what we've seen since Duke. Those things do happen in sports, I just am not sure what we get moving forward from our team.
