One person missing is WR B Hightower out of Calabasses. A bit surprised to not see him listed in the top 100.

Isn't Hightower the top rated WR? He must not be anymore if he's not in the Top 100.

I had read that a few people mentioned he'd be the top rated WR out of the west. It doesn't appear that is the case.

I'd guess so, but only because of him being from Nebraska and NU being his first offer. I think SD offered after NU did.
