Honestly, it is impressive to me that the guy wants to know real answers about things that most kids never even think about when being recruited.

...you'd prefer to never go any farther north than I-20. We get it already.

Isn't #9 how a ton of programs have gotten friendly visits from the NCAA?

and I have a feeling questions 34, 35 and 37 should be really easy for most D-I football coaches to answer.

for some reason I'm picturing him asking a coach questions 40 to the end in person, complete with the 3rd person self-references.

(but seriously, several of those questions are things that most college students should find out about before they go to a school).

For example, of all the blue-chip high school players who now post details of their recruitment on Twitter, how many also include tweets such as the one Lyons sent out last week? "High school GPA has jumped to a 5.0 on the head! Gotta keep that no. 1 spot! Holding on to the dream -- Class Valedictorian for DHS c/o 2011."</p>

</p>
If coaches want a tip on the best way to recruit Lyons, they should start by making sure they know everything about their school's engineering department. Lyons spends much of his time at school building robots, and he plans to be an engineer when he's finished playing football. College coaches may want to look into the department's masters programs as well, because Lyons won't be an undergrad for long thanks to all his dual enrollment and AP credits. "His sophomore year, he'll get his bachelor's degree" Dillard's Martin said. "His junior year, he'll be working on his masters." To this point in Lyons' recruitment, college coaches have stressed their school's academic strengths as much as their defensive schemes.

</p>
At Dillard, Lyons and Martin believe the mentoring program they started this year will pay dividends for years to come. Last week, Lyons and Martin visited middle schools to discuss the program with eighth-graders bound for Dillard. "It's basically for the incoming ninth-graders to hook up with the seniors on the football team," Lyons said. "We can mentor them through the whole high school process so they can stay focused and maybe not make some of the mistakes some of us made when we were younger."

engineering was not of much importance to Hicks.. Although, ole miss does have a cute building.

Hopefully, some State grad will hire him.

It is good to be hated again! I know I know 41-27 Bulldogs rule the world. I hate State as much as any State fan hates Ole Miss but this is getting silly.
