Guess over back is no longer a foul in WBB - UK mugging them for rebounds and no calls
Kitts is weak. She gets to the foul line, but I cringe when she’s under the basket—she gets utterly abused.
Need Raven to get back her shooting confidence from earlier….she’s thinking too much on her shot and is tight
She launches the ball like a friggin rocket. She has an ugly shot.
Confidence? Was that ever there? She’s got to have the ugliest shot I’ve seen from a Gamecock player since Lakeem Jackson.
Who else thinks that Texas is simply overrated? They have had EVERY tough contest at home - when they came to Columbia they left with a butt whipping while we lost by 4 at UT and there were some controversial calls in that game as well - I believe we take the SEV tournament and I do t think Texas makes it to the finals - I will say UT may make it to the Elite 8 but won’t be a final four team - they have that Amazon in the middle that gets away with walks and over the backs at home but I do t think she gets away with it in the NCAAs
Dont disagree but at least she gets under the board which is more than I can say for some of our other bigs
By modern standards, and especially with Watkins out, I'm not sure you can say we have any "bigs" now.
I agree. I like her offensive game, but she often just gets boxed out into the first row. She's still light with a high center of gravity. It's how God made her.

Kitts is weak when she actually has to face someone larger. Review the tapes. She gets abused under the basket; surprised you’re blind to it. But she has a beautiful midrange shot, and she can rebound against smaller players!
