more that got alot of years if they are non-violent too. I guess now you can sell drugs-be non violent-get a long prison term & get right back on the streets in 4 yrs. Most of these guys aren't gonna want to find a real job ( not that there are any more real jobs to find ), so they are gonna be right back to doing what they do best or maybe worse.I see why gun sales are upi... we gonna need em.
