MSU -21.5
O/U 139.5

That’s a healthy o/u total. Vegas thinks this game is like 80-60 type.

UTM put up 104 points in their opening game.

Well the staff is clearly trying to give minutes to a bunch of players to see who plays well with whom(grammar?).

Pretty messy at times and it directly correlates with lineup changes.

Chol is giving really good minutes in the post. Pretty cool to see MSU with an African big man that runs well, has decent hands, and is effective on both ends of the court...and he is a freshman!

Its UT Martin and I don't expect this to happen for the whole season, but still- he is far better than any African big men we have had that I can think of in the past 15 years.

On the right night, I'm absolutely convinced we can beat anyone. Taylor should start hitting shots at some point, and having Tolu and Shak Moore back will give so much depth.

This defense is still NASTY!! We said all last year that if we could find some scoring to go with it, people better look out…

Early returns are looking positive!

I'm very impressed with the post play considering we lost one of the better centers in the country a few weeks ago. Tremendous depth there.

18 pts 18 rebounds from that spot.

87 points! Wow. I don’t think we ever scored that many points in a game last season. Hell, most nights it was a struggle to break 70.

We’ve made 23 three pointers in two games. It would’ve taken us a month to do that last year.
This is going to change the entire complexity of our offense because teams are going to have to step out and defend our shooters. They didn't have to do that last year or the year before. And we have a couple of guys that are big enough and skilled enough to really punish people who can't match up with us in the post.
