USM is right on the cusp of hosting, and a good CUSA tournament ought to get them there.

which makes me think that we will either be a low 2 or a high 3. So, how the committee sees us will determine that.

What's odd for us in this situation is it might be easier for us to be a high three than a low two in terms of winning the regional.

For example, if we are a low 2, we might go somewhere like Virginia. But, if we're a high three, we might go somewhere like Atlanta, USM, or Rice.

I'll go ahead and agree with the guy on SEbaseball and say Atlanta for now, but if USM does well in the C-USA tournament, I would say Hattiesburg. USM has been struggling a little bit lately- so they're on the bubble as far as hosting.
