no amount of talking about it on JOX or on a message board is going to make this any more or any less of an investigation of someone, whoever that might be. I really doubt the NCAA is listening to Finebaum going "you know, maybe we should head over to Starkville..."

And frankly, I don't know why anyone cares about the cheating allegations or their source. It seems to have nothing to do with anything.

Why doesn't one of us call is as a Bamer and ask where F-bomb was during the last 9 months since he's all knowing about everything in this conference? He knew about this but he's not about to mess up this national gig on his home turf. He'll let someone break a story and then play it up and down to get listeners. I used to think he was a pretty good reporter but now he's just an entertainer. Don't sweat overhis crap.

Aguy from "Auburn Undercover" said it was Starkville.
Lars Anderson, that wrote the story on Cam in SI, said he's not sure it was Mullen but he was in the right zip code.
Then the guy fromAuburn Undercover said it was John Hevesy.

The Auburn undercover guy never said he had a source...just that he followed a bouncing ball. ******** journalism yet again. We need to call them on that ****.

I understand why we would give the goods on the offer from Rogers. We have nothing to gain other than to have the last laugh because he does not win a heisman. I just do not think we are that low. My guess would be somebody has had this stroy for a long time but it did not really mean anything to anybody until the news broke last Thursday about the shopping of Cam. Who would have cared about the story 6 weeks ago. It would have been brushed under the rug just like the laptop.

and deserves about as much credibility as Howard Stern. If Dan or anyone in the MSU Athletic Department were to give anything he says any credibility by responding to it, I would be very disappointed. Just ignore this clown. As I stated, he's merely the Howard Stern of sports talk radio.

its strictly shoot the messenger when someone has reported something that might cause a football program over here problems. And Finebaum is nothing but a pot stirrer anyway so he is going to take whatever slant will keep his audience all in a tizzy.

because he followed a "bouncing ball"

his story is clearly slander, with no evidence and no sources (because he wont say who they are).. a PUBLISHED article with no source and no facts. very imcomplete.. but, complete ********.

His response to the caller is, "I stand by my piece." And he didn't sound too confident when he said it, in my opinion.
