I don't care to look back, but I called The Rock being the next President months ago.
Yes and I saved the post but you were specifically talking about this rock.

I remember when I first saw The Rock host SNL many years ago. I'd watch SNL and they're have whoever was the latest hot thing in actors or actresses host the show and they were usually mediocre. Then they announced The Rock was hosting next week and I didn't know anything about him at the time except he was big in professional wrestling.

I rolled my eyes. Geez, how lame is SNL getting that they're having a pro wrestler host the show, I thought. Then I watched the show the next week and he was way better and funnier than the big name actors and actresses that had been hosting.

Thanks Trump supporters for setting this precedent. Anyone can win POTUS now. We've turned the highest executive office in the land into a ******* reality show.

No political experience needed. Throw your hat into the ring. Go after the dense citizens with nothing to lose and throw some hate speech out there. Bang, Oval Office.

Or target an even denser voting bloc that could not even beat a total political novice and had a hard time beating "mouth breather" Bernie. You might want to reevaluate how you select some of these losers.

I think it's funny how you all on the left blame Trump supporters as if the left gave the average voter much of a choice. 8 years of failed leadership followed up with the most flawed candidate to ever run for office against the bigliest buffoon to ever grace a stage. Really looking forward to Chelsea's foray into public office. That'll be great!!

Who said Trump wasn't under investigation? Trump?

Multiple people have said there are no signs of collusion to date. Ranging from January to now. If no collusion, odds that Trump is being directly investigated because of business dealings are slim. The focus has been on Carter and Flynn. There has been no indictments to date, dating back almost a year of investigating now.

Trump states in public record that Comey told him 3 times he's not under investigation. You do the math.

It seems the only one's who can't add are Democratic politicians and the press.

Is this where a liberal is supposed to list all the conservative hypocrites that are guilty of doing things they speak out against? More and more the political discourse in this country resembles a children's playground split into two teams arguing about which team is better. Meanwhile, the teachers (politicians) are riffling through our stuff stealing our lunch money.

Stating there is no evidence of collusion, and stating that someone is not under investigation for collusion are two COMPLETELY different things.

You left the "for a year" part out. If they haven't found anything by now and there's something to be found, well, Comey needed fired anyways.

So then, Trump said it? On that letter that was so conveniently given to the press, even before Comey read it? Priceless.

Am I wrong in thinking the last time Comey was brought before Congress, he stated that Trump campaign collusion with the Russians was still being investigated?

You are wrong. Huge difference in words between what you say, and Comey:

COMEY: Well all I can tell you is what we're investigating which includes whether there was any coordination between people associated with the Trump campaign and the Russians.

Trump is not associated with the campaign, he is the campaign. Read: Flynn and Carter.

Oh, so it's just the conclusion of everyone (Trump loyalists, of course) that decided that there absolutely isn't anything there? THATS what is determining that Trump wasn't being investigated?

I imagine finding evidence in this investigation is pretty difficult. I don't think Russia would be very cooperative. I imagine most of the players in the situation are being protected. But either way, neither you nor I have any idea what they've found, what they are looking at, who they are looking at, or what they know.

Right, and you're assuming guilt, exactly why? Take your hate glasses off.

That is absolutely ridiculous. I respect you as a thinker, but you're blinded here. Are you telling me that Trump campaign associates were possibly working with the Russians to help Trump get elected.....WITHOUT TRUMP'S KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL????

Actually, I'm not assuming anything. I originally thought that Trump wouldn't go as far as to work with a foreign state to influence the election. But his actions have been really concerning to me. Less the firing of Comey, and more the denial of Russian attempts to influence.

But the man was still under investigation by the FBI, and any one saying he wasn't is FOS.
