Everyone else has fired their underperforming coaches! As usual we’re behind the gates! It’s time to hire an established coach who knows how to surround themselves with top notch coordinators. No more hiring buddies or promoting within, we’ve wasted more than half of Stewart’s and sellers college careers.
We may never have that chance again! Go prove yourself before they all jump ship. Dat boy going to get fired and I bet he ends up

Look at recruiting. If Beamer can salvage that and the portal then I'm ok with him getting another year. I was for Muschamp being fired because recruiting fell off a cliff.

What would you say about hiring a guy who is a proven developer of QB’s,lead a SEC bottom dweller to the SEC championship game.Had his team ranked #1 in very first 4 team cfp poll.Had success at a blue blood early on but ran afoul of their notoriously fickle fan base and has lead a G5 team to their highest success and he would likely take the Carolina HC job.His name?

The key question when you fire an HC or a coordinator is who do you have good realistic chance to get?Most of the schools that replace their HC seems like they end up settling for a lessor candidate than is being talked about when the fan base is advocating a coaching change.
Is Penn St really going to end up with an upgrade?Maybe but it hardly a sure thing.

I doubt most do. SC clearly didn’t when hiring Beamer.
Re: Penn St - no they won’t upgrade. There should be a clandestine operation by SC to hire Franklin right now.

Consider looking at smaller schools for hidden gems. I'd like to think someone like Clayton White might be out there.
