I don't believe there's anything in the NCAA rulebook that explicitly states that a player can't rape a goat on the 50 yard line during halftime of a game, but if that happened, I somehow don't think that player would still be playing the following week.
Sometimes, positions of authority are required to use a little judgment rather than a rulebook in order to make a decision. Obviously, the NCAA is either completely incompetent and unable to do this or they really are as crooked as I think. I'm not a violent person, but I'm pretty sure that I would lay out anyone that had anything to do with the Cam Newton decision if I ever met them face to face in my lifetime.
