Was there lastnight and watched us escape with a win. Glad we're Bowl Eligible again!!! Feels good and I can't wait to see where we end up at season's end. Few thoughts on my mind....Why do we always stick in a base 4-3 Defense when UAB had 5 WR sets? They exposed our zone and the receivers would find a hole and sit there and wait on the ball. Glad they dropped as many balls as they did. Glad Perkins stepped up tonight. Thought he should have started instead of Elliott who just hasn't lived up to the hype. Gotta make strides in the passing games. Should have had Arceto on the deep post and that would have been 6 and if he threw to the outside shoulder of Heavens then that would have been another 6 on the board. I will take any win we can get, but I have to wonder if it affects recruiting when we don't beat C-USA teams like we should</p>
