I think that's a terrible idea. Cuts your participation rate for your team in half. Good points! I hadn't thought about the lost practice time angle. On the flip side you have to scout the other team just like you do in real game scenarios.
Since we have a new OC the defense will have to use his former team as a scout team for the Maroon and White game.
