Wasn't it pretty much what other schools had for basketball at the time? A four-sided screen hanging from the roof? I remember them debating whether the roof structure could handle the weight. So it wasn't all that bad at the time. Video prices have decreased dramatically, along with HD television, since then so that's probably the reason we think the upgrade is justifiable. Of course, if there's nobody there to watch it ....
