Don't we still have the PAT (prescription athletic turf)? I remember way back there was a pump house under the old scoreboard. It was capable of pumping the field completely dry pretty quick after a heavy rain.
Do we still have this drain system under the field?

the rain water is drained and stored into large tanks under the field and then used to irrigate the field later
