I don't care if you said best QB since Wes Carroll, you are flat wrong. Lee is the worst starting QB in the SEC in a looooong time. 4 touchdowns to 12 picks, and we hardly ever throw the ball.
But that was it. No touch. If the man's five yards away, he rockets it. And he always had a knack of thowing in to triple coverage. Lee ain't great, but he's usually servicable from less than 20 yards. I'm sure if the stats were pulled, they would show Lee > money mike.
