I was at the barber shop this morning and I threw out the question and mentioned who I liked. My barber says I heard its going to be Bobby Hall... I now have a gap in my head from the uncontrollable head jerk. He was dead serious and argued with me about it.

Guys , I broke inside the Bryan Building and stole this list from Byrnes top drawer:
1.Chris Petersen - Boise State - probably over our head but I have to give him a call to see if he has any interest in the job . would pay $2.5 mil to get him
2. Gary Patterson - TCU - supposedly put his name in the hat when we were hiring in 2003. Multiple 10 win seasons in. Defensive guy but puts up big offensive numbers . Must have a good staff.
3. Todd Graham - Tulsa - second straight year in the C-USA championship game . If I do get him, will have to pay big OC dollars to bring Gus Malzahn with him as Tulsa will probably offer him the head job. Must bring these 2 guys in as a "package deal"
4. Tommy Bowden - ex Clemson - never has had a losing season, undeafeated at Tulane , had crazy expectations at Clemson, has coached in a BCS conference. Good last name recruits can identify with.
5. Skip Holtz - ECU - probably needs one more successful year at ECU to be considered, but would offer him the job if 1-4 are not interested. Good last name recruits can identify with.
