Disappointed but happy to have five in a row. Great job by our kicker. We had some luck in the right places and came out with the win. I'll take it. Gotta give UAB credit. They played hard with a lot of talent and intensity. In a way, it was a fatal mistake for them to not go for the touchdown on that first score. Great call by our coach to go for the fourth down that got us a hard-fought-for lead.
Don't know what the bowl prospect is. If we don't make a decent showing in these last four games it won't be that damn good. Kentucky is a big mountain next Saturday. Hope we can win it.
The great thing about the Florida game is not as much how we played as how our game plan was so effective. We got some good luck in that game too, with the deep fumble and the missed fiield goal, but the game plan was brilliant win or lose. (And we won). Hopefully, we can plan as well for Kentucky. I'm pretty sure that 10 points is not going to do the trick next Saturday.
