More than half of them are hot women. Based on the girls I knew who were in charge of showing recruits around on gameday... the athletic department was good about picking the 1/2 that were hot women. Same goes for tutors.

I think they know what's up. Maybe not like "do that big *** black dude", but they know what's up. Attractive smart *** girls show them and their families around, and somehow they always end up at fraternity houses where guys tell them how much they rock at sports at night ("Bro! We could win a national championship if you came here! BRO! Have this Natty!"). Not every recruit, but I met some important people in my day that way. Especially at the Bin. Perfect balance.
