I think we beat Purdue and Rutgers....outside that, I'm not sure. This staff seems to find a way to lose so who knows.
The only way this team wins another game with the continued poor play calling is going to be from the opponent helping with penalties and turnovers. Unless the coaching blunders get fixed its going to be a nose dive type of season.
Riley's teams seem play to the level of the competition. With that said, I don't see us losing to Purdue or beating Michigan State. But every other game is a toss-up.
Give Mike some time.. He has Bo's players, all 4 loses have been so damn close. Remember its the players playing, blame them if you want too. Coaches can coach, but its up too the players to respond and execute. Shoot all these people on this **** hole messageboard, have no college or pro experience. those people are the true idiots, I would save that for another day lol

One should never listen to an Iowa fan. They are the epitome of what we are about to become. They will settle for losing seasons in order to win 8-10 games every 6-7 years.Give Mike some time.. Right now it doesn't matter. Riley looks horrible and the team looks beaten. You can only lose so many heartbreaking games before it starts becoming a self fulfilling prophecy.
Yeah we probably won't win another game. how do we blame these players for tossing in the towel at this point. They are playing for a bunch incompetent coaches, who find new ways to lose every week. Unless drastic turn around. No way Riley stays another year, this is to much of a train wreck.
Red, I think we will win 2 or 3 games, but bowling is out of the picture.

Unfortunately, both pass the ball and both are on the road. So IDK. It'll be close. But outside of those two, no, I don't think we will.
Look at our two wins right now. We tried really hard to give away the Southern Miss game. We have one win against a totally overmatched opponent. The way Riley looked after the missed field goal bothered me more then when he made the game winner. He looked like a person with no answers and little fight left. The way he looked i actually wouldn't be shocked at all if he called it a career.
According to whom? I hope this class turns around but the early projections are not great...especially since there is almost always a large bump in recruiting for most first year coaches.
It's great! I was going to go to Terrytown for the game but we decided to stay in the French Quarter. I'm just totally heartbroken over the loss. We are trying so hard yet it's all going for not.
Worst N football I've seen since the Callahan era.. I just can't anymore... It's hard to watch and coupled with the Pelini era hard to care...
Of course we look like a demoralized team after another tough loss. 99% of teams that lose tough / close games look demoralized.
We ate at Irene's and the food and service was AMAZING. Went to the World War II Museum this morning then headed to Cafe Pontalba in the French Quarter.
They looked better today, but the question is whether Riley can keep the team together. There is only so much time blaming the old coach can get you.....
This yr is gone. Time to play kids with potential but no experience. Screw the record, all goals are out the window - unless they had a goal to avoid the basement in the West. I guess they could still crawl out of last place.
That's right! Forget that our HC has never won diddly squat "anywhere".....and he's in his 60's. He sure knows how to lose games though....I gotta give him that.
Sorry to say but i think this game was a dagger to the heart of both the team and coach.
Well I'm gonna take a nap with the girlfriend. Then we're off to do some more dancing on Bourbon Street. I hope the team and coach can keep fighting. I love my Huskers and GO BIG RED!

How many games did Bo win with Bo's players? Think Magic Mike can do that?
Hopefully the pressure gets to him and his wife starts hating Lincoln and he decides to throw in the towel.
