Weakest Football Conference has to be the Metro Suburban Red. Ridgewood,Aurora Catholic,Elmwood Park, Guerin, Chicago Christian & Walther Lutheran. Combined records last year was 23-34.

St. Francis - 5A state champs, 2008
Aurora Christian - 3A state champs, 2011 and 2012
Bishop Mac - 3A state champs 1982, 1985, 1986, 1987, 2015
IC Catholic Prep - 3A state champs 2002, 2016, 2A state champs, 2008

Am I missing any or is 11 state football championships enough?

Um, these teams you have listed are not in the Metro Suburban Red.

That is one team. I said weakest conference as a whole. PE has the same resume as Walther Lutheran. Lol

With regard to Proviso East versus Joliet Central/East Aurora in football, do you expect more from Morgan Park or more from Hubbard based on walking through the Hall or subbing for one day.
