Weather Conditions for Friday's game

Just did a quick check and the wind Friday in Omaha is from the S to SE at 11mph with gusts to 25. A quick check of google maps on my phone appeareed to show that would have the wind blowing in from centerfield making it even more of a pitcher's park. I would think that would play to our advantage even more because that negates the power of either Indiana or OSU. Not sure Barry Bonds after a fresh injection could get it out of that park with a wind like that blowing in.

The latest report is showing highs in the low 90's, but with the humidity, it'll feel like almost 100. I would think this is to our advantage.

The current wind prediction is that it will be blowing in from right center at 17 mph for the entire game (actually getting slightly stronger near the end of the game). As you said, the long ball won't be a factor. This too seems to be to our advantage.
