That's what they say about us every week . Same as they said last year when we went up there and let them off the hook . I know ,they have D1 this and D1 that. One thing I know for sure.. We will show up and fight for 4 quarters . See ya in Raleigh !
I dont think anyone is trying to bring him down. He did not finish the game on Friday, so people were asking a legitimate question...
Let me break this down for you humpty dumpty...The kid will play Sat night and I feel sorry for any of the Weddington defenders who are assigned to bring him down.
You got the right screen name because Crest is 0-2 in championship games vs the birds......you beat us once and then did not have the balls to win the next one....what a waste.... we would have won and should have won that last one. Barnes beat Thomas but he has never beaten JR in any game that counts for anything.
If you want to play the what if game, Crest should have won the game they lost because of the missed extra point. What if they had stayed in the full instead of the shotgun half the time they would have won that game as well because every time they went to the full I formation they scored. So what ifs mean nothing at all. The score at the end is all that counts.
Why you focus on the what if of the loss aspect vs the fact of the wins .....is that because your school will only come close to a state championship if it were in a video game? It certainly won't happen in reality!
Actually I have not supported them in the last two years. I moved from the area several yeras ago. The Ram was actually my HS mascot. When I moved to the GB area I started going to see NE Guilford (when Coach Pursley was there) and Reidsville. I will admit that I really dropped NE when Coach Pursley left and they hired the new guy who destroyed the program. I predicted that this would happen but was told I was nuts because the new guy was going to take them to the next level. They meant up and the results were down. Even though I have no interest in them I do hope they hire someone that will get the program back to the level it was at when Coach Pursley was there. It may take the new HC a few years to undo the damage that was done the past two years.
