Now that we are done with non-conf and first set of crossovers, I figured it would be fun to to color-by-color and list out our revised predictions. And then an updated "power rankings" of all teams.

If there is interest, I might revisit this every couple weeks.

Here are my thoughts:

Blue:
1. Loyola; 2. Mt. Carmel; 3. Marist; 4. Brother Rice

Green:
1. Providence; 2. Notre Dame; 3. Montini; 4. Rita

Orange:
1. Nazareth; 2. Benet; 3. St. Laurence; 4. De La Salle

Purple:
1. CoM; 2. MCC; 3. Viator; 4. Pat's

Red:
1. Marian; 2. Leo; 3. DePaul; 4. Joes

White:
1. JCA; 2. Marimon; 3. Fenwick; 4. Ignatius

Combined:
1. Loyola; 2. Nazareth; 3. Mt. Carmel; 4. Providence; 5. Notre Dame; 6. Montini; 7. Marist; 8. Rita; 9. Benet; 10. Brother Rice; 11. JCA; 12. St. Laurence; 13. CoM; 14. MCC; 15. Marimon; 16. Fenwick; 17. Ignatius; 18. Viator; 19. Pat's; 20. Marian; 21. De La Salle; 22. Leo; 23. DePaul; 24. St. Joes

As an LA supporter, I am really worried about the MC game this Friday. They are awfully good. Great overall team speed and those Caravan men can always hit. McCaravan, MC guys and LA fans, your thoughts?

Watched both games last week and as an impartial observer, LA, like every year, since they replace so many starters, get better and better as the season goes.

It’s a one score game either way. For LA, pound Pemberton, play field position with that kicker of yours, LA’s almost always in FG range, and MC is very talented but also on the younger side.

For MC, they are at home, talented, well-coached and fast.

Meaning it’s a one score game either way in a great CCL battle.

When both teams are good, it often has come down to the final play of the game or gone to OT.

Some examples I can think of are last year of course, '93 7-6 (thought LA would go for 2 in the mud), '96 Endzone Express and subsequent FG 30-28, Triple OT in 2007 and OT's in 2010 and 2012. Numerous 1 score games. Can't imagine anything less on Friday.
