Highly ranked vs unranked. It's shaping up to be a debacle. I recommend GBN @ Paducah McCracken (KY)
I literally laughed out loud when I read this. Bones being quintessential Bones this year.
The Brook vs. H-F is the choice for GOTW, IMO.
Palatine vs Maine South. Rematch of last years 8a semi. Homecoming for the pirates. Should be a great game.
I didnt even know there was a Paducah, KY. GBN will be playing for their playoff lives.
eagles2k3 - very true as this will be another great game featuring Maine South. MS without a doubt has the most challenging first 4 weeks.
Be warned, Bones. I'm getting ready to jump on the Brook bandwagon. That could be the kiss of death.
I grew up in Paducah and just saw them play 3 weeks ago vs Paducah Tilghman---GBN my put a running clock on them. They are typically a good team...kudos to them for stepping out for the matchup. It will be upset city if this game is even close
We always welcome the support pj. This year we're playing with house money. Most of the skills are Jrs and Sophs and the backup QB is a much ballyhoo'd frosh. OL depth is the best I've seen. We also have healthy #'s about 75 on V, 50 on soph, 40 frosh. So you'll have a few years.
I thought Paducah was in Kansas. GBN needs a game to work it out, this is probably great timing.
I'll throw in my FVC perspective and say CG vs. Jacobs. Both teams scored over 50 this last weekend and it will be a good test to see if CG's defense is really that tough or if the 7 point hold on PR was just based on a rivalry buzz.
