Hiter avg 23 yds a carry just hope he gets to play a varina or dinwiddie before he graduates. Carter isnt to shabby either.
Hitler is the real deal. He played great against Salem when he was a freshman. Salem would win the game 54-37. Hitler did his thing though

@SFUWO 21, I didn't know "Hitler" was still alive (see your posts). Lol, you are correct Hiter is rated high for a reason. He will make it tough on anybody Louisa faces in the playoffs. @racindan, do you have any concerns about the Lions starters getting the necessary reps since their district games are not particularly challenging.

No because last year they were wore out and beat up when they got to the playoffs. Then Hiter has ankle surgery in the offseason but he’s really fresh along with Carter so I think come playoffs they will be more than ready.

That's awesome! Rest is always good unless it produces rust. Some really good matchups forthcoming. All of the top eight teams in Region B have played at least one good team or have a big game coming up. The Battlefield Class 4 teams are pounding on each other, Huguenot has a huge game with Manchester, and Varina has a date with a hot Highland Springs team. This week's Caroline vs. Courtland is a must see! Caroline could be undefeated and still out of the top 4. Crazy, but true.

You do a better job of tracking this than me, but I have a hard time imagining an undefeated Caroline team not being in the top 4. They also have Culpeper to play and they are currently 5-2 so that's a pretty big point game there too. You never know though - 4B is a killer region.

If you watched one of their games you would see there is absolutely no rust forming here. The fact is they need better competition not more reps. And they gain nothing by playing more in these games or the score would be 100 every game and risk getting hurt. Louisa is not going to finish any higher than 4th so why put themselves at further risk right now.

They could finish higher than 4th nothing is set in stone right now. This Friday the only thing that can be set in stone is Spoty being #8 (with a win).
Varina still has Highland Springs
Huguenot has Manchester
Courtland vs Caroline friday
alot of variables in play a lot can change between now & Round 1 of the playoffs.

I wasn't implying that. Let's just forget Louisa. It's hard for any team to stay sharp and be playoff ready when you play only two quarters. Rested and healthy yes. . I am not throwing a dig at the Lions I genuinely wanted to see how you felt about your players not getting reps. You obviously believe it doesn't matter and I respect that. You know your boys better than I. I have watched 4 full Louisa games and they have more than just Hiter and Carter. The Lions will not be an easy out.

Understood and you are correct I think those two sitting out and the rest of the starters could take care of business for the rest of their schedule but Louisa wouldn’t win in playoffs against a Caroline or better team because Hiter missed the first game against Godwin and that was the hardest game they had. Like I said before last year they hit playoffs beat up for no good reason not the case this year. Louisa’s best improvement thus year is discipline it’s come along ways.

I get what you’re saying but typically this time of year lions schedule usually means loss of points compared to those games you mentioned. I would be happy with a home game and rest is gravy. I would love a game with dinwiddie like I said before.
