Alright folks - here are the series that are important to us this weekend in regards to national seeds, hosting, and getting a bye in the SEC Tournament.
National Seeds
North Carolina over NC State. We really need to have one more win over Vandy than NC State has over UNC.
Stanford over Oregon. Cardinal won't get all three, but would like to see Ducks lose series.
USC over Oregon State. This is a long shot, but a bonus would be Oregon State dropping a few.
Hosting - Right now we are solid. But a series to watch is Clemson vs. Georgia Tech. Georgia Tech needs to take 2 of those.
SEC Tournament Bye
If the tourney started today, we'd be the 5 seed. Top 4 get a bye so here's what we need.
Kentucky over Ole Miss. Rebels are a half game behind us.
Tennessee over Florida. We do own the tiebreaker over Florida, but the Gators have an easy finish. Any help would be good in this regards.
LSU over South Carolina. Need the Tigers to sweep if possible. This helps us in regards to hosting as well.
Georgia over Arkansas. Another longshot, but if UGA can get one, it would be helpful.
