Week 6 of the Weekly Review. When all of the services have posted their rankings, I'll post a reply indicating that the Review is complete.

Not a lot of movement in the rankings. Josh Barr moved up in most rankings, and Braeden Davis moved up in several. The Dual Impact Index came out of the 2nd time, and several PSUers that didn't have enough matches to be included last week were included this week.

A reminder that: 1) different services treat freshman (RS or True) differently at the beginning of the season, 2) different services rank a differing number of prospects per weight class, and 3) computer generated rankings usually are off a good bit at the beginning of the season.

Finally, a note that many (not all) of the ranking services take the week off following Christmas. I'll check what's posted, but unless almost all of them post rankings next week, the Weekly Review will also take the week off.

Thanks for keeping this (all of this board) up to date Tom. My schedule has been goofy lately and with fewer and fewer wrestling events (comparatively over the past several years) I’m kind of scarce on here. Looking forward to a fuller schedule for the rest of the season. Have a Merry Christmas all.

My plan (although day job problems are likely to get in the way) is to release on Tuesday (more likely it'll be Wednesday morning), so as not to bisect the Midlands and Soldier Salute.

Tom, did you know that the Facebook group, Penn State Wrestling Room, compiles a weekly averaging of the top seven ranking sites. It assigns points for the top 20 in each site to determine the master ranking. This is similar to what is done with RealClear Politics with all the political polls. Check it out. I think it's much more meaningful and one individual poll.
