The thing is you never know who did and didn’t so best to keep your hands to yourself! Someone brought up woman not washing either and my wife told me a long time ago you would be surprised how dirty/nasty some woman are with their hygiene. I will spare you the stories she told me as it would gross you out.

The amount of people that use a bathroom, and then leave without washing their hands is as astounding as it is disturbing.
