- ST's should be solid because I'm 100% convinced he'll put together a fantastic coaching staff

- because its importance has already been stated, several times by our new athletic director, Ash understand the importance of recruiting New Jersey.

Because based on the after mentioned fact that the A.D. has already mentioned several times "the new head coach needs to understand the importance of recruiting New Jersey" I'm pretty damn sure it was drilled into his head, during his interviews, that's why.

From what I've seen I like him a lot. He's a "maximum effort" and KISS (keep it simple stupid etc) coach. No "guru" defenses. He knows football is instinctive before its analytical. Thinks like a defensive coach/player and I like that. Throw out them candy-azz family jerseys right now. Put'em on Ebay with the Barney dolls
