For those that don't know, a week or two ago, Cspire allowed you to go on line and pre-order your new iphone 4s. You entered your email, your local store and if you would like to receive it by mail or pick it up at the store.
They had a huge number of pre-orders, only one problem. Their system only captured an estimated 50-60% of the pre-orders. They have no record of close to half of the people that have pre-ordered and those people do not have reserved phones.
If you pre-ordered and have not received an email by now, they do not have your pre-order or phone. They knew of this problem a few days ago and have no way to remedy it. The best way to insure you receive a phone if you have not received an email telling you that your phone is in is to actually order on online, starting tonight at midnight and have it delivered to your house.
Of course, they are very sorry for this.
In my opinion, C-sprire has really **** the bed with the rebranding and handling of the iphone. They have made their website damn near impossible to navigate. The points or perc system is absurd and they cannot handle simply taking orders for their products.
