After he was fired at WVU, there was nowhere to go but down. Vic had the defense playing way better football in his first year. It didnt take 4 years of getting "his recruits" to do it. He just coached the kids he had up and made them better, like good coaches do. The defense was on the rise until they "woke fired" Vic, and now it has gone nothing but downhill. The offense on the other hand (Neal's specialty), has been a struggle since day 1 and has shown little to no improvement. In fact it has been flat out embarrassing at times. Neal isnt a good coach. Shane was an even worse AD.</p></blockquote><p></p>
