Good lord, I would think that after 25 years the statute of limitations would’ve run on that tort claim. I’m always sympathetic to victims but I’ll admit that I get suspicious when these claims pop up around election/appointment time.
Couple of things here:
1. She’s not suing him for the sexual assault from the 1990’s, she suing him for defamation of character for denying that it happened.
2. She made the accusation last year, so it’s not like this is an 11th hour accusation right before the election. The reason that it’s in the news this close to the election is because yesterday the DOJ took over Trump’s defense and filed to have Trump’s name replaced with “United States” as the defendant.
#metoo died with Biden/Tara Reid and Jacob Blake. Nobody gives a **** anymore. And if you're going to be outraged (faux or otherwise) over a 25 year old accusation that's going public less than two months from an election, then you'd better damn well be outraged that the media continues to carry Biden's water, or that Jacob Blake continues to be held up as a martyr for BLM. Otherwise, I'd suggest a hot cup of shut the hell up.
17 off. The accusation went public over a 17ing year ago, dipshit. No, I’m not outraged about this 25 year old accusation. Frankly, this one pales in comparison to the Katie Johnson claims.
