UCLA may even be better than their team that beat us in our first CWS appearance. Same recipe for John Savage's Bruins.....strong starting weekend rotation, but this time, they swing the bats much better than the .266 team avg. they had in 2013 at Omaha. Can we beat them? Sure we can, but after seeing what they've done to UTK and TAMU this weekend, we've got our work cut out for us. Then to think we have USM waiting on us and drooling over it to boot on Tues. Pitching is the name of the game, and I know very little about Duke Stone. Hope his stones are locked and loaded for this one!

They're good, and we haven't played anybody nearly as good as them yet.

And they can say the same thing.

Should be a good one.

MSU is also better than our Title Team in 2021 or the team that lost to them in 2013.

We're certainly good enough to beat them. We may not win today, but we are good enough and deep enough to beat anybody this year.
Lot of their fans are like LSU fans.....very braggadocious and confrontive to the opponent's fans. Probably not more than 500 of them here. Dogs will have several thousand. Ok to have a little swagger, but they need to respect others. So let me get it started.......17 those nuts & flakes from the Left Coast, and hope their state has a gigantic earthquake and slides into the Pacific Ocean.

They'd probably have 100 fans if a bunch of hangers on didn't just want to take a trip to Texas to look for a house.
