I can't even imagine someone going to the KFC staff and complaining.
Patron: Yo maine, that little girl is wigging me out! She needa be outta here.
KFC Worker: Wha?
Patron: That girl dere, she look wierd!
KFC Worker: Uhh.. ok.
Patron: You should throw her out.
KFC Worker: Huh? Uhh.. Whuh? You wanna order a biscuit or somthin'?
Any scenario where a KFC worked is instantly and highly motivated to leave the safety and security of the area behind the counter in order to confront a little girl and her grandmother to make one of the other scary patrons feel better just doesn't pass the smell test. This is ******** that the family never expected to get this out of hand. Mixed emotions here because KFC is gonna do the right thing, call ******** but still honor the $30,000 for the little girl. Part of me feels good about that because it's not the little girls fault. But, my overwhelming sense of justice will be dissatisfied because the grandmother should be punished and I wish KFC would go after her, which they won't. Oh well...
