Softball with three ranked wins this weekend, going 4-1 & without all their players. At least we've got a coach somewhere on campus. We are a softball school!

We’ll see. I’m tired of running to jump on the wagon and then have to jump back off mid season. They’ve done well but I’ve seen this movie I think.
Considering they have no recruiting base instate, the job they do is top shelf. It's one of the toughest softball jobs in P4.
Pretty much describes every MSU sport other than Football and Basketball.
No it doesn't really. Baseball has a great base, football has a great one, basketball has a great one. Softball is damn near nonexistent.
Why is softball lagging so far behind baseball in the state?
I feel like every time I'm back in MS, I pass a baseball or softball tournament in some tiny town in the middle of no where. Both have similar costs of entry, I assume. I have sons, so youth softball isn't something I have or likely ever will pay a lot attention to. It just seems to me that with MS being such a baseball state, softball would be good too.
