I am too damn old to stand for 4 straight hours. It was a good show but I can barely walk this morning because my feet hurt. If I have to stand for an entire football game there are TV timeouts and halftime when you can sit.

Nice take Glenn. I was at Headliners too last night and left a little early. I was burning up hot and tired of standing. Getting old.

Was a good show though. Got to see white people dancing, which is always nice.

I really enjoyed the show. I actually liked the Tom Petty band the best. A have a couple friends that are good friends with Kimmet.

They were the best I thought too. Really good.

I see Kimmet play with her other band a lot, which made leaving easier.

I’ve always thought music sounded really good in that venue.

Love the place but I buy seats whenever they have them. Wife is refusing to go stand anymore so future trips will probably be solo and arriving close to showtime.

Same here, except my 4 hour stand was a Slayer concert at Yum Center last November. 64 frick’n years old. This was the first time I passed on the mosh pit. Calves hurt so bad, I had to teleport to another place to survive the pain. Had a great time.

I saw Machine Head there on a random Wednesday in 2012. Venue cut the power at exactly midnight just as the band was about to kick into its encore. Singer threw down his guitar and they left in a huff. The venue turned the house lights on and had us GTFO.

Show was good, but I stood next to a fat guy who started to stink and sweat profusely as the show went on.

I'll see if anyone can top this one. Went to see Iggy Pop at The Vouge and who opened for them. These guy when either it had just come out a few weeks before or a few weeks after this.

Headliners gets some good shows but damn that standing the entire time is for the youngsters, which I am not.
