but Wesley Carroll would've led us to a bowl game in Dan's first year. He was and is much better than Tyson Lee. We would've beat LSU and Houston that year to go to 7-5.
With that being said, I'm glad that Relf got those 2nd team reps that season, because we are MUCH better off with Relf in the form he is in now.

What would make Wesley good for our offense is Dan 17'ing Mullen. Wesley had more talent than Lee and Dan, as well all know, would've exploited that talent, just like he's done with Relf.
We all saw the Tyson Lee that played in 08... and the Lee that played in 09. 09s version was much, much better and it was because of Dan Mullen. Wesley Carroll would've seen that same improvement, if not more, simply because he was bigger/strongerthan Lee.
