This is my best estimate of 4A West top 8 seeds currently:
Woodgrove 27.2
Amherst County 26.5
Pulaski County 25.0
EC Glass 23.2
Salem 22.5
Millbrook 22.2 (Millbrook played 2 WV teams I'm not familiar with so I counted them as an equivalent 4A VA team)
William Byrd 21.75

The two WV teams Millbrook played are listed on the Master Schedule as 4a. Whether or not that means they are treated as VHSL 4a teams, I'm not sure. That seems to be the case though.

VHSL Points are on their website. I had a couple minor changes I needed to make. What I have listed matches VHSL.
