Wouldn't have mattered. With how Stevenson "thinks" when he's on the court, once he would have came back in he would have done something stupid to get his 5th.
Time to change the lineup. Play Mitchell as the #5. Start Touissant or Wilson or someone else. Play 3 guards.
Nice missed layup. Not even challenged. Ball game. F**king 0-2 in the league against two of the bottom three teams in the conference (we are now the 3rd)
Time for some MAJOR changes.
1. If Stevenson cannot control himself, he can go somewhere else.
2. Our #5 spot has been horrible (except one game from Bell), and we need to go with a small lineup
3. Our PG's have been awful running the offense the past few games.
He would have been on the court if he wouldn't have gotten a technical. Don't care about what he did or if he deserved it. This wasn't his first time. It's time for him to shut up and play ball.
Huggins either misjudged this team or was counting on Perez being the guy. Style doesn’t fit the roster. And the roster doesn’t fit any style Huggins runs.
Might as well press if you are going to play 11 guys and still have foul trouble, with man defense
One guy that can create his shot usually is on the bench in foul trouble or technical fouls for no reason.
For no reason? He fouls and he runs his mouth. He needs to calm his a$$ down and just play ball. Hell of a player when he does that.
Show me a player on opponents team that don't run their mouth and talk ****.
When you have a reputation, you get hit for more. Got to be smarter than that. (Example: Dennis Rodman, Draymond Green)
0-2 in the B12. Good job. Stevenson needs to settle down and find a groove. He fouls too much. We have a long way to go. Hopefully we can manage to finish a spot or two above last place.
Stevenson almost singlehandedly got WVU into the lead. Then he misbehaved so irrationally that he helped WVU lose. Erik put Erik ahead of WVU. I am both dismayed, disheartened and disgusted. I had high hopes for this team at 10-2 with losses only to Purdue and Xavier. Now Kansas and Baylor will come to Morgantown to make it 4 losses in a row, in all probability. Time for players to put team ahead of themselves. 9 college transfers have so much talent but their brains and attitude are their enemies. They did seem to try to pass better than last game.
Stevenson led WVU with 17 points but his immature gesture led to his 5th personal journey to the bench.

Kansas and Baylor are licking their chops as the next opponents, even in WVU Coliseum. Don't know if there are enough bandaids to fix this team. I was SO hopeful at 10-2.
