We either kill those type of teams or they get hot and drive us crazy.Another one of those 3 point shooting teams. WVU be ready for long rebounds.
This surprises me. Usually the players always get their way these days. The whole team should wear Free Perez shirts or something to the tune of NCAA doesn’t care about the players
I agree. Did Teddy Buckets have to sit out at any of the 8 schools he played at?This surprises me. Usually the players always get their way these days.
You missed a couple. I think it's 10 now. Didn't he come in the same class as Darryl Prue?I agree. Did Teddy Buckets have to sit out at any of the 8 schools he played at?
Mitchell is a bright spot on offense. Nice. He needs a touch on every possession.Interior defense is really bad and not much interior offense. Our weak spot.
They just don't have any depth and if in foul trouble Buffalo is hurting quickly.Buffalo is a better team than their 5-5 record shows.

They were in foul trouble from the tip it seemed. They just don't have any depth and if in foul trouble Buffalo is hurting quickly.
NO WAY! VERY AVERAGE PERFORMANCE!
WVU 96, Buffalo 78
But still lot of rough edges this late in the season, particularly giving up points in the paint so often and only ONE blocked shot in the game.
Won’t be good enough for Big 12 games, particularly against Kansas’ amazing passing work and ball-handling and shooting.
Matthews on bench and out of uniform with his injury didn't help chemistry.
Silver linings:
Tree Mitchell, last week’s Big 12 Player of the Week, sharp again with 17 points.
Eric Steveson displaying his usual 3’s and jumper shooting skills, passing prowess and coach-on-the-flor with season high 22 points.
Free throw percentage decent 66%.
Bell, with 18 points, has muscle WVU will need in Big 12, adding 10 rebounds.
Wilson coming off the bench showed some promise I hadn’t seen before, scored 10 points.
Another breather against Stony Brook on Thursday, then the Big 12 meat grinder/battering ram games begin.
9-2, no matter how you got there, isn’t chopped liver. But it also isn’t Big 12.
7 strangers need to morph into 10-tenacles force on floor from tipoff till final gun. Soon. Big 12 mayhem is dead ahead.
Bet you'd like to take that back.To these novice eyes, Wague needs to play more.
Texas and KU look really good
It's 11 games. If they don't know each other by now then they never will. Free throw percentage was hurt by Bell. I don't know what game you watched but once they went drop zone Buffalo couldn't handle Bell or stop Stevenson and Mitchell. Your theory on the need to morph is BS.NO WAY! VERY AVERAGE PERFORMANCE!
