There is too much standing around on offense because the point guard is putting on a dribbling clinic. This is the most painful offense that I have ever seen. Gabe is handling the ball too much. A multi-million dollar training facility , I wonder if anyone is using it.

Why in the world would players mutiny against Huggins?
It happens. Huggs really called them out last time. Hope it's not as bad as Catlett's last season. Wouldn't be surprised if Huggs hangs it up after this season. Hate to see it, but this is about as good as it gets for a year or so.

Our recruiting for next year isn't great either. Plus factor in the transfer portal. May be bare bones next year.

I just don't understand why there would be a mutiny. And it seems pretty common recently. Going back to Ahmad and that crew. Then Oscar. McCabe and Matthews didn't mutiny but obviously wanted out. Culver was done last year in February. There appears to be a lot unhappiness on the rosters over the last several years. It just doesn't make any sense. What could be going on?

And why would recruiting so poor? Why wouldn't star high school players or transfers from other P5 want to come here? It just doesn't make sense.

No, it never makes sense, but there is a problem. Granted, when we were 11-1 or whatever, we could say we were up against weaker teams for the most part, but this was Oklahoma, and they aren't Baylor. Taz was consistent until he was out with Covid, and he really has only had one really good game (for him) since. Everyone else is so damned inconsistent offensively and defense has gone to crap. When Gabe is your top scorer, you're in trouble, but you can't fault the kid for effort. It may be time....but we'll be down awhile (just like football).

I think we are seeing a team that is frustrated. I have my opinion why they are frustrated and it centers around one player in particular and his up-and-down effort. We might see another late season Ahmad situation.

Gabe was best player on the team tonight. The only that gave effort and put in 100%.

I think I was right. Seeing Huggins post game comments. We will be short a player soon. His attitude has been horrible recently. Along with his effort. And it doesn’t take much to figure out who it is.

In all seriousness that I mean no offense, but this vague "it's obvious who it is" without saying specifically who smacks of hedging your bets. If it so obvious and you are so confident, why not just say who you think?

The team may have had an issue similar to that last year. And the year before. And the year before. And the year before that. Possibly even the year before that. And a few years further back there was the group that essentially disappeared completely from existence. Remember the Harris/Henderson/Brown/Murray years? It's like that group was here for a flash then the entire roster blew up. You couldn't recognize the team from one year to the next. The forgotten years, I say.

In fact, I'd wager it's safe to admit that apart from anchors of Alexander and Desean and jumping to when Jevon got to Morgantown, teams have never had much of an identity and often had enough dissent in the ranks to cause significant roster shakeups in the off-season (in some cases, in-season).

You might want to get use to it because it's easier leave now. There will be a new team every season.

Our leading scorer, who spent a lot of time on the bench last night.
Our leading scorer last night can't play play 25 or more minutes. He puts in so much effort. If the rest of these pretty hair braiding tools would put in the same amount of effort perhaps they win against weak teams like Oklahoma.

No, not the leading scorer from last night. The season. Think about it.

He’s talking about Taz.
