I don't think the problem is lack of arm strength and WRs getting separation.
Probably is timing and the Offensive Line.
Kendall not being comfortable and setting his feet

Neal Brown and WV are having the same problems Texas were having their first two years.
Lack of explosive plays in the passing game.
Same QB in 2019 but went from 0 50+ yard plays in 2018 to I believe 5 or 6 after 4 games.
QBs can still improve even in college.
Not always the QBs. OLine has a lot to do with it as well as playcalling and the WRs.
But I think there are enough WRs who have big play potential.
Sam James after 1 or 2 more years of development is going to be a tough matchup.
