How damaging could a season be if teams had no practices before September but were put smack into middle of the season? Would no summer workouts mean no football or would it mean no OOC games as teams prepare for conference play only?

They will be required to have practiced before games are even considered. You already have liability concerns and you certainly can't add to them.
So basically there is a shutoff date at some point to where they say yes or no to college sports this season.
No, but if you haven't started practicing X-amount of days before a specific game then you would know that one won't be played. The whole process can continue to be pushed forward on the calendar.
Please inform us all about your reasoning that if high schools do not play this year or play will directly cause college football to do the same.other.

Multiple states are already in the process of starting HS football back up.
That truthfully is only for recruiting.
Already posted that Louisiana already said HS programs can start their season.
Texas has said there could be camps but the UIL hasn't made a decision. I expect them to open it back up in the next 10 days.

Have heard for the last few months about how college football isn't important and we aren't going to play it to until A,B,C and D happen.
Now you are claiming HS Football has to happen for college football.
Tell us again how College football is going to collapse on itself.
You said all this as a supposed fan of college football on a college football message board.

Florida has the same upbringing as a lot of states.
Should understand the place that CFB has to the culture.
