It should be an easy sell. Every coach here since the 80s has either coached here for a decade+ or was successful enough to get hired at a better job. We have facilities, a competitive NIL budget and no unrealistic expectations or a juggernaut football program to compete with. We should have no issue finding candidates.

I agree. But having a coach for 1 season can make it very difficult on recruiting and portal transfers. It's good to be patient but you can't wait around 2 months.
