Why are we still allowing this **** to be pimped here? Its not the worst ever, but it is still pretty terrible. Normally, anyone pimping a site here is immediately banished, but JS seems to get a pass. Are we allowing it for fun?

Banishing a guy with such poor command of the English language for attempting to write would be cruel.

There is also a curiosity factor. How long can a guy put forth such garbage and expect to be taken seriously? Will he ever take his chosen profession seriously and produce a quality product? How long will it take for a "writer" to realize spelling, grammar and punctuation are important tools of his trade? Don't you want to know? I do.

If your site claims to be "The Real Story" for North Mississippi, then why are there not any pics from Mississippi at the top of the page? There was a damn picture from the Hotel Atlantico in Lisbon, Portugal up there the other day. Nothing reminds me of North Mississippi more than seeing a cable car in Portugal prior to reading an article about Mississippi State. I'm sure the pics are automatically generated, but it seems that if you want your site to be taken seriously then you would have better attention to details like that (besides the numerous posts about improving the writing).

It wasn't nearly as awful as previous write-ups though.

I don't get why you post here since all your posts are to advertise your articles and you provide no benefit to thread discussions, but oh well I guess.

The writing is a work in progress but the reporting is not the worst I've seen. His interview articles have been very interesting and have shown this reader some fresh wrinkles. It is easy to bash the writing'; errors in both style and grammar abound, but I do admire the writer's passion for what he is trying to do. And he has gone out and interviewed interesting people that professional writers are for the most part ignoring. I read to gather fresh thoughts,' not to affirm what I already know and believe, and I like these articles for that reason.

It still seemsludicrous that a publication wanting to be taken seriously hasn't purchased its own domain name and a hosting package to put up a site. This is still on wordpress.com's subdomains. I understand (a little) if it was someone's blog. Actually I still would think having its own domain would prove that even a blogwouldwant to be taken more seriously.<div>

Thanks. will try to continue to get better. I've only been writing a few years off and on. So, I don't fool myself to think i'm more skilled than a Marcello, Locke, or a Paul Jones. The layout has just changed. I just saw this when I got home from work today.
