A coach that didn't think it was necessary to improve after the 2nd or 3rd game. A coach that could never adapt his system to what he had given his QB recruits. So, I'm okay with growing pains if players adopted the mentality/personality of the former head coach and must be broken of it. Get rid of any vestiges of that man's lax, fly by the seat of your pants taint on the program.</p></blockquote><p></p>
