I agree. Conference champ will be settled on the first Friday of conference play. Other than that alot of bad football in this conference

pretty easy picks except with Hibriten.

No one thinks ER can play with the new look Hibriten. East will contend, it’s all according how they start. Who will Hibriten try to stop ?.. 21, 3, 22, 7, 2, .. Will they pressure 12 ? let him run the RPO ? Will it be a game of size verses speed. Hibriten will have size advantage, East the speed. Hibriten has a big RB, big line, solid QB, and look solid. East ?? It’s according which team shows up and the game plan ?.. stop the run ? load the box, East will throw it to multiple targets. Stop the pass #21 will take care of the rest. It will be interesting to see what both coaches have prepared for. No real rivalry ?… but both teams and coaches want to make a statement I’m sure. I’ll take East 42-28… look for a shootout on the scoreboard. should be a good physical, exciting game. Both have had that extra week of practice, so I’m sure a few new wrinkles will be forthcoming.
Beamer 24…. I was hoping more folks would take interest but you are the only steadfast one posting. I post more as the season progresses, but I agree this may be for the Conference title

Couldn't stop #21 and those turnovers in 1st half killed us. Credit to ER they did what they needed to do.

Hibriten was the game I thought bout going to. Eveything else way too preidctable. I thought Freedom AC Reynolds game would be closer than that. Whew, Freedom must be for real this year. Good set up coming with Watauga and Freedom. Watauga will just be too much though. Good game to see what Freedom can really do down the stretch.

Hibriten was as advertised. Great game, both teams should do okay the rest of the way. Hibriten was a well disciplined team that was well coached. East just did what they had to do, had several breaks (although a couple mental mistakes) that have to be eliminated . Hibriten #33 and East #21 put on the expected performance. The officiating was sub-par at best, but favored neither team. Good luck Hibriten you were a formidable opponent that gives East a true measure of where they are and what’s needed to be worked on.
