I think I already knew this, but games played this week by out of state teams are not considered in calculating VHSL points, correct. It's as if the games were never played when calculating opponent's wins and losses?
Only the NC games don't count - they play 11 so we discount the first one.
Rephrase - Only games that don't count this week are by the NC teams that have 11 regular season games because they play an Endowment game. Easier to scratch "week 0" for all than try to do each one seperately.
I have 2 'rider' games in UET (upper east Tenn.) tonight because it's race weekend in Bristol.
And, of course, there's exceptions . Pikeville hosts "church school" (Covington) Holy Cross, so it doesn't count.
