Westfield intercepted Langley's Samburg three times in the game, once by Lee and twice by Waters (or was it Cho or Flamer? - I lost my notes 
), the second one for Waters (or Cho or Flamer) was in the end zone late in the second quarter. Westfield managed to score once on a Carlson to Lee TD pass in the first half and go into the half with a 7-0 lead. In the second half WF got a 33 yard Batchala FG and then a 7 yard run from Southerland to extend the lead to 17-0 just after the fourth quarter started before Lee's interception set up the game sealing score on a three yard run when Carlson pitched to Southerland late in the 4th quarter to make it 24-0. Langley managed a scrambling 30 yard TD run from Samburg with less than a minute left to make the final score 24-6.
